Welcome to our Greek Day and Philanthropy Day LookBook inspo for Ole Miss Rush!!
Happy Rush Season!! We’re so excited to share our favorite skirts, shorts, and skorts that pair perfectly with your Greek Day T-Shirt and Panhellenic T-shirt you’ll be wearing for Ole Miss’s Greek Day & Philanthropy recruitment rounds. To make your outfit planning easier, we’ve handpicked specific bottoms that match each shirt so you can feel confident, stylish, and recruitment-ready!
A quick reminder of what Greek Day and Philanthropy rounds are before we jump in:
Greek Day kicks off your recruitment journey! You’ll watch pre-recorded videos introducing each of the 11 sorority chapters, so no sorority house visits or meeting sorority members just yet. It’s a great chance to get a first impression of each sisterhood alongside your fellow PNMs in your recruitment counselor groups. Since you won’t be meeting sorority girls in person, we recommend keeping it casual and comfy for this day with cute athleisure. Sneakers are the move here.
Philanthropy round is the second round of recruitment, and it’s when you’ll learn all about the charities that each chapter supports, along with their community service events. Girls will be given a Panhellenic T- shirt/s that you typically pair with a skirt or shorts. The general look you’re going for here is casual-chic: think floral or patterned skirts, linen shorts, sneakers, and sandals. Accessories can also add a pop of color to your outfit, whether it’s bright and fun earrings or a cute hair bow. Just remember: this day is more about feeling put-together and comfy than getting too dressed up. Save the sparkles and fancy dresses for later!
Our coaches have put together a list of their top picks for the Philanthropy round below. Happy shopping!!

Plan to participate in sorority recruitment at the University of Mississippi? Don’t risk slipping through the cracks!
Work with a sorority recruitment coach that specializes in Ole Miss sorority recruitment and cheers as tons of our girls happily receive their bids every year!!
A lot of the big decisions with rushees involve paperwork and are made months before recruitment.
We know exactly what the Director of Recruitment Records is looking for on your resume, how the sororities will rank your rec letters on a scale (and how you can get a higher ranking), how best to prepare your rush packets, how the bid list ordering and cut process works, and what you should actually be discussing during each round. (Hint – it’s not what the Panhellenic guides will tell you!)
Working with a sorority recruitment coach maximizes a PNM’s odds and gives your daughter an advantage long before she steps foot on campus for recruitment so she can go in more relaxed and confident.
It’s just like the SAT – it’s better to go in prepared. Let’s get you (or your daughter) recruitment ready.
