The premiere sorority rush coaching service for ladies nationwide.

Hiking in Heels is the only rush coaching program in Texas and the only program of it's kind in the United States.

Hiking in Heels empowers ladies with the knowledge they need to feel comfortable and confident going through rush. Much like the SAT, the more one prepares beforehand, the more successful she will be. My program helps ladies understand what part of the recruitment process they’re in control of and allows them to own it.

Hiking in Heels sorority rush coaching is based on the premise of maximizing a rushee’s odds in order to provide her with more options to choose from, therefore increasing her likelihood of finding the right house for her.

Originally founded to serve ladies participating in sorority recruitment at the University of Texas, it has since grown to coach ladies nationwide.

About the Founder

As an officer in my sorority, I was actively involved in all aspects of the recruitment process. Every year, I met great girls going through rush – girls that I would have loved to call my sisters. These ladies were adorable, fun to talk to, and well-spoken. Unfortunately, they were also unprepared. Lots of these girls were cut, and we couldn’t do anything about it.

It doesn’t have to be that way. You shouldn’t have to go in blind, crossing your fingers and hoping for the best. With me, you don’t have to.

I’m going to give you the edge, so when you walk into those houses, you can rest easy and be yourself, knowing you’re prepared. I’m going to help you maximize your chances of getting a bid, and getting into the house that YOU want to call home for the next four years.

Trust me, I’ve been in your shoes. UT rush week can be a long, hot walk, and you need to make sure you’re headed in the right direction. I’ll get you there, looking your best.

Let’s get you recruitment-ready.

What we do

Learn how can we help you

There are so many wonderful aspects of becoming part of Greek life. Rush doesn’t have to be as stressful as it sounds. Sure – it’s important to be yourself and have FUN, but it’s hard to have fun unless you’re prepared and ready. We’re going to prepare you for every step of the way so that you can do exactly that!

Coaching Sessions

Coaching sessions are customized per client. Mothers are welcome and encouraged to attend. To ask questions or to schedule a session, email and we will get back to you immediately regarding the application process. Once admitted, you will have access to a wide variety of helpful resources.

  • $0 – Classic Consultation (I’ve waived the fees on this, as I want everyone to feel comfortable calling and asking any questions they may have about their unique circumstance.)
  • $1,495 – Premium Packages (Packages may vary in price depending on the school. This is the standard program fee, however, some schools are less.)
  • $2,975 – Elite Membership
NEW 2019 Package:
  • $150 – Last minute – Please Help! Package
Due to increased demand, we’ve created an “on-call, just-in-case” package.  This package is for families who didn’t previously sign-up for the program, yet find themselves in need of some last minute advice right before recruitment or timely advice the week of.  You’ll have a rush consultant on-call, ready to answer any questions that arise as a helpful resource. (*This is solely for last-minute advice, and does not provide access to the full Hiking in Heels program and resources. This package does not yield the same results as completing the full Hiking in Heels program.)

*Hiking in Heels is not affiliated in any way with the University of Texas or any other universities.  Furthermore, we do not guarantee that you will be accepted into any university or sorority.  We are unable to provide refunds for ladies who fail to meet the qualifications to enter a university, ladies who are unable to qualify for the recruitment process, or ladies who dropped during recruitment / did not receive a bid.

*Hiking in Heels program participation does not guarantee ladies will receive a bid, or a bid to a specific sorority chapter. The goal of the program is to better prepare and equip rushees in order to maximize their chances during recruitment – not to promise a specific house, set of houses, or bid.
